Flotation frother STQ33, is Amber to dark red oily liquid, withsmall odor. This product has a strong foaming property. It has appropriate bubble diameter, merging rate, and foam layer thickness. It has fast foaming rate in slurry. STQ33 can effectively promote the improvement of concentrate grade and recovery rate. It is suitable for the beneficiation of various minerals, especially for the flotation of non-ferrous metal ores and gold ores with large target mineral ratio, also suitaable for high argillaceous gangue content, and fine gold embedding particle size.
The original solution of this product is added for use, with a dosage of 5-60 g/t of raw ore. Specific usage combined with actual on-site conditions.

STORAGE:

Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from heat and sunlight after the principle "first in/first out". Store in plastic drums or coated steel drums.

Uses:

(1) suitable for flotation operations with high argillaceous gangue content. Effectively reduce the viscosity of the flotation foam, improve the separation efficiency of the target minerals, and achieve the purpose of improving the grade and recovery rate of the concentrate;

(2) suitable for the flotation conditions with fine particle size and fine grinding particle size of the target mineral. Improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, reduce or eliminate the interference of gangue minerals on the recovery of target minerals, and improve the beneficiation index.

SAFETY AND HANDLING

Frother STQ33 is manufactured under carefully controlled conditions. However, to varying degrees they can be considered harmful and therefore before handling this product always carefully read and understand the MSDS for this product. This flotation frother causes irritation to eyes and skin. Safe handling includes the use of safety glasses, natural rubber gloves and protective clothing.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

The majority of the frother is tied up with the concentrate and is destroyed in the subsequent processing operations. The remainder is transferred to the tailings . Release into the water systems should be avoided.
