Product introduction
Sodium isopropyl xanthate CAS : 140-93-2 is a collector with high
collection and normal selectivity,widely use in floatation of Cu/Pb/Ne and pyrite,especially for the floatation of the gold in gold and copper
mine.It could make good result in copper and lead oxidized
ore.Ofeen used in rough selecting and scavenging.
When flotation of non-ferrous metal sulfide ore, the general dosage
of xanthate is 50~100 g/t. When processing copper oxide ore or lead
ore, such as white lead ore and malachite, the consumption of
xanthate can be as high as 1 kg/t or more; if the purpose of using
xanthate in flotation is not as a collector but as a heavy metal
The consumption of xanthate is also higher when the ionic
precipitant is used. In the flotation of lead-zinc ore, copper ore,
copper-zinc ore, lead ore, zinc ore and gold ore, no matter one
operation or multiple operations, it is generally a collector based
on xanthate. Regarding the order of dosing, the modifier is usually
added first, and then the xanthate is added. When using xanthate,
it is generally in weak alkaline pulp.
